This is a decade old song from my previous band, For Fear The Hearts Of Men Are Failing. It was written with Brian, half recorded but never finished. I wrote a chorus and changed it from a finger picked folk tune to... this. It started as a jaunty, peppy pop song but as an experiment I thought it might sounds fun as a Pixies rip off. This whole album is an attempt at re-creating the music I most enjoyed listening to in my twenties, so having an all out alternative rock song seemed ideal. I do think everyone is a liar, including myself. What can you do?
